Penile Enlargement

Description

Penile enlargement, also know as Phalloplasty, is a surgical procedure to enhance the size of the penis. Although many alternative procedures are available, none have been scientifically proven to achieve the desired results without permanent risks or side effects. Penile enlargement may provide length or girth to the penis thus leading to more self confidence. The suspensory and fundiform ligament at the base of the penis is released, allowing the portion of the penis normally hidden inside the body to be visible. Fat grafting is also used to provide girth.
