Before Dr. Diaz came into my life, I was living in constant pain and mental anguish. Two years ago, I make a major change in my life. I was 378 pounds, and knew that if I didn't do something about my weight soon, I would not live to see fourty.

By deciding to change my lifestyle by eating good, healthy foods, and incorporating a strength training and aerobic exercise, I lost 187 pounds!! I should have been proud of my accomplishment, but all I could feel was shame and disgust. Every time I looked in the mirror, all I saw was hanging skin around my abdominal area. No matter how hard I exercised, the skin would not snap back. I became depressed because I thought, at the time, that the only resolution to this problem was to gain weight back so I could stop the overlapping skin, rashes, and bleeding.

Then, my angel, Dr. Diaz, stepped into my life and gave me hope that I could finally live a normal life. Since I live in Mississippi, and he in California, communication was of the utmost importance for both of us. When he told me he could help me, and that my problem could be rectified with a body lift, my only response was "Let's Do This!!"

Dr. Diaz was wonderful! We communicated every day by phone and email to make sure I was healthy and ready for this huge procedure. He made me so relaxed...I was never scared, for I knew I was in the hands of a Master Physician. What an understanding, trustworthy doctor he is. When we first met, it was if I had know him all my life!! I will forever be indebted to him!
