Since the initial meeting between Dr. Diaz and I until today, Dr. Diaz exhibited great patience, empathy, caress and sincerity. During the initial meeting, Dr. Diaz was extremely comforting and eased much anxiety about my surgery as it was my first surgery ever. Understanding my difficulty, he spent ample time answering questions and explaining the procedure. As my surgery was more complex, Dr. Diaz took considerable time during the surgery to do the best job possible. Following the surgery, Dr. Diaz answered telephone calls in a prompt manner and was willing to meet with me per my requests.
